Sometimes losing yourself is another way to find oneself again. We did just that when we decided to go for impromptus long drive in our new car Ford Fiesta. My husband is a busy man. Working around the clock. After marriage, I decided to take a break to adjust to my new life. If sitting at home was not maddening enough, my husband took up a management program & became all the more occupied. We hardly got time to spend together or even to sit and chat. It was getting on my nerves.
One weekend I decided to take the lead and planned a lunch for us in our favorite restaurant. I got all dressed up & told him about it.And pat came the reply ” I have a meeting, least .canot make it .” I was furious to least. He quickly got ready, picked up car keys & left. After 5 minutes, he called up to say that he left an envelope on the desk & wanted me to bring it over. I went down with the envelope.
He was sitting in the car, smiling & said “come on get in “.
” Are we going for lunch.
” we will see, ” He said. He kept driving for half an hour & we crossed the city.
“Where are we going ? “.
” Just wait.Why in a hurry? ”
