I am a mother, a homemaker, a career woman, have an active lifestyle. Being healthy is a prerequisite for me. I am a regular yoga practitioner and a black belt in martial arts. Health and wellness is not a hobby or once in a while task. It has to be done on a regular basis. We, as a family, are aware of the importance of a well-balanced diet.

For a healthy body and mind, we need to lead a healthy lifestyle. It includes a proper diet, regular physical activity &  routine. Although most of us try to eat healthily, sometimes we do not get all the nutrition from food alone. We can compensate it by taking dietary supplements after consulting an expert/doctor.

Excellent face cream: There are many fancy face serums and cream that claims to be enriched with VItamin E. You can make an excellent face cream at home without digging a hole in your pocket. Apply it as you usually do & see the changes.

Dietary Supplement: Although there are vitamin-rich foods that one can consume, sometimes it is not possible to obtain the required amount from the diet alone. This is where we need a good dietary supplement to bridge the gaps in our diet.

I have religiously taken Vitamin E supplement throughout both my pregnancies in addition to iron and calcium. I consulted my gynecologist to know if they can be taken with the pregnancy supplements. They can even be combined with Vitamin C without any side effects.

Including Vitamin E rich food is a good idea for your overall health. However, if you are taking a supplement take it with a meal. Set up a routine & make sure to take the supplement at the same time every day. I used to take it with my breakfast daily. A pill a day.
