Tarla Dalal started her journey with a humble journey from her home with a small cooking class. In 1974, she published her first cookbook ” the pleasures of vegetarian cooking” that went on to become a huge hit. She never looked back & wrote around 100 cookbooks.Her work is translated in many Indian & international languages.
